You then transfer funds from your personal account at that same bank into the VA number. If you have both BCA and Mandiri accounts, you can use either; starjoker assigns a VA number for the bank you choose at deposit time. BCA transfers typically confirm within 1-2 hours; Mandiri, BRI, and BNI within 2-4 hours, depending on whether the transfer happens during business hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday). Transfers on weekends or after 5pm may wait until the next business day. Once your bank confirms the transfer to starjoker's VA, your balance updates immediately in your account. For withdrawal, you request a payout, our team approves it, and funds return to the bank account you used to deposit. Mandiri and BRI withdrawals often clear within 24 hours; BCA and BNI within 24-48 hours. These are indicative windows, not guarantees—bank clearing times vary by account type and branch. Fees, limits and verification

Withdrawal limits are reversed: e-wallets cap withdrawals at your daily provider limit (often 5,000,000–our welcome offer per day); Bank Transfer allows our welcome offer per request. If you are a high-volume player or make large tournament entries, Bank Transfer or multiple transactions across wallets may suit you better. Verification is required once per account, at your first withdrawal. We collect your ID, proof of address, and a selfie. Resolving a stalled transaction
